Last night it was supposed to rain, but of course I still wanted to go out and have a good time with friends. what a great feeling!! I went to Tropical Salon in the Lower East Side today, who was giving away free haircuts to Locks of Love donors. I was totally expecting a straight, simple haircut and nothing more, but Rueben, Tropical Salon’s Fabulous hair stylists - who’s abosolutely amazing by the way - went the extra mile to shampoo, design, and style my hair. So after he chopped off 11″ of my hair and put it in a zip lock bag, he beautified my new short look and got me ready for springtime in city! I feel 10 lbs. lighter and abosolutely fabulous that I’ll be making a difference in the life of a cancer patient child somewhere in the world.
